Cuke, I am your father. The inner plant geek in us can’t wait to tell you about this plant! This variety only produces female flowers and does not require pollination. The fancy word for it is “parthenocarpic”. Warning: Parthenocarpic varities should not be planted with other “non-parthenocarpic” cucumber varieties or you will produce some wonky looking gourd like cucs! Will grow best vertically on a trellis but can also grow along the ground. Pick cucumbers when 3-5” long. The larger they get, the more bitter-tasting they will become. Cut from the vine to remove. Promote continuous production with regular pickings and fertlizing.
